PRIVACY NOTICE · 5 NOVEMBER 2026
How Thrive uses workspace data
Capito Digital OPC, operating as Thrive Digital PH in the Philippines, runs Thrive Brand Workspace for agency teams, participating brands and creators. This notice covers the workspace, including its creator search and its connection to Meta through the Data Transfer app. For privacy questions, write to hello@thrivedigital.ph.
Information the workspace uses
Staff enter public search words and filters. Connected platforms may return a professional account’s public name, profile link, picture, biography, country, published content and available audience or performance figures. Availability varies. For brand-authorized Meta discovery, Thrive also uses the selected professional account or Page ID and the permissions, tokens and dates needed to maintain that connection.
People who choose to work with Thrive may supply contact details, account links, project materials and agreements. Authorized staff may record a shortlist, agency notes, deliverables and campaign results. Advertising reports use the separately authorized ad account and campaign metrics.
Optional creator discovery details
Adults may choose to share their own gender, age band and dated account or campaign-kit figures with Thrive for agency discovery. These details are optional, are not guessed from names or images, and are separate from audience demographics. Staff verify the account and record permission before using them in search. Private declarations are not sent to YouTube or Meta. The agency can explicitly send supported search criteria to an approved Meta Marketplace connection, which may also return a creator’s platform-reported gender or adult age band when available. Missing details are not inferred. The workspace stops matching declarations after one year and reported performance after 90 days. Creators can withdraw their own submissions in My profile; for staff-recorded details, contact hello@thrivedigital.ph for correction or removal.
What happens during search
Direct search sends the public query and necessary filters to the platform selected by staff. The search does not transmit a client’s private brief or contact the creator. Direct results are held briefly for pagination. When a staff member confirms a creator for a campaign, the workspace keeps the confirmed profile link, agency label and associated campaign records. A search match is not an endorsement, an invitation or consent to outreach.
Who can see the information
Creator discovery is for agency staff. Brand users see the campaign material shared with them; creators see the work to which they have access. Hosting and backup providers process workspace data to operate and recover the service. Render hosts the workspace. A browser loading a platform-hosted profile image or opening an external profile connects to that external service. The workspace uses sign-in cookies to maintain authenticated sessions.
Storage and account connections
Thrive stores integration credentials encrypted and does not send them to staff search screens. Contact and campaign records may remain while the agency manages the relationship, maintains agreed business records or meets applicable obligations. Removing an active record and removing a copy from a rotating backup are separate operations. You can ask which records are held or request correction or deletion.
YouTube and Meta
This workspace uses YouTube API Services to search public videos and channels and display available public channel data. By using those features, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. See the Google Privacy Policy. Public creator search does not require a creator to grant access to their personal Google account. Other Google account grants can be managed in Google account permissions.
Meta access is tied to the selected brand assets. The agency owner can pause and remove a stored discovery token in Operations. A brand administrator can also review or revoke the grant through Facebook Business Integrations. The workspace’s public search does not change source-platform profiles or delete their posts.
Your choices
Request access, correction, deletion or raise a concern using the workspace data request instructions. You can also contact the Philippine National Privacy Commission about your rights. This page does not require a workspace account.
